Our edge as experts

We help to make your building
compliant

dnergy helps to comply with the BACS Decree, EPBD, Tertiary Decree, SFDR, CSDR, BREEAM, EU Taxonomy, WELL, LEED and GRESB.

1. BACS Decree
The BACS Decree (20 July 2020) for Building Automation & Control Systems determines the means to achieve the consumption reduction targets set by the tertiary decree.

This standard requires implementing a building automation and control system in France by at least January 1, 2025.
2. EPBD
The Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) is a European Union directive that aims to improve the energy efficiency of buildings within the EU.

It requires member states to set minimum energy performance standards for new and existing buildings and to establish regular heating and air conditioning system inspections.

3. Tertiary Decree
The Tertiary Decree, also known as the Energy Performance Decree, is a French regulation that requires commercial buildings to reduce their energy consumption by 40% by 2030 and 50% by 2040, compared to their 2010 baseline, with mandatory reporting and improvement measures.
4. SFDR
The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) imposes mandatory ESG disclosure obligations for asset managers and other financial market participants with substantive provisions of the regulation effective from 10 March 2021.

5. CSRD
The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requires companies to report on the impact of corporate activities on the environment and society and requires the audit (assurance) of reported information.

The Green Deal aims to make Europe the first climate-neutral continent by 2050.
6. BREEAM
BREEAM is an assessment undertaken by independent licensed assessors using scientifically-based sustainability metrics and indices covering various environmental issues.

Buildings are rated and certified on a scale of 'Pass', 'Good', 'Very Good', 'Excellent', and 'Outstanding'.
7. EU Taxonomy
The EU taxonomy for sustainable activities is a classification system established to clarify which investments are environmentally sustainable in the context of the European Green Deal.

The taxonomy aims to prevent greenwashing and to help investors make greener choices.
8. WELL
WELL is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and well-being through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.
9. LEED
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the world's most widely used green building rating system. LEED certification provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings offering environmental, social and governance benefits.
10. GRESB
GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an organisation that provides assessments and benchmarks that businesses can use to compare their performance against their peers and find actionable advice on how to improve their ESG performance.
